2jet Terms and Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 2jet platform at 2jet.fun, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 2jet.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and not create or continue using an account. Continued use of 2jet after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sections of the platform including Casino, Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slot Games, Bingo and any other features or services offered by 2jet now or in the future.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

The 2jet platform is strictly for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use any part of the site. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 2jet reserves the right to request proof of age at any point, and accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately.

To use 2jet, you must also:

• Be a real individual person (not a corporation, partnership or other entity) acting on your own behalf
• Not be subject to any restriction that prevents you from entering into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Not already have an active 2jet account — only one account per person is permitted

3 Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account at 2jet. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed, along with any balances and winnings they contain.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your real name, date of birth and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If we discover that registration details are false or misleading, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close the account.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. 2jet will not be responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 2jet support immediately through the details provided in the Contact section of this document.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use elsewhere
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices
• Never share your password with another person
• Report any suspicious account activity to support without delay

4 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on 2jet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, bank cards and mobile wallets. Specific minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each payment method are shown on the Deposit page.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and methods that are registered in your own name. Using payment methods belonging to third parties is not permitted and may result in account suspension and investigation.

Deposits are credited to your 2jet balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. In most cases this is immediate, but processing times can vary depending on the method used. 2jet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

• All deposits must come from legitimate personal funds — no third-party funding
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method — see the Deposit page for current limits
• 2jet does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges
• Deposited funds are held for gaming purposes only and are not interest-bearing

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR through the same payment methods available for deposits — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and bank cards. We strongly recommend withdrawing to the same method used for your most recent deposit.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete identity verification. This is a standard procedure to confirm your account details and protect against fraud. Requested documents must be submitted promptly to avoid delays.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected and the volume of requests at the time. Approximate timeframes are shown on the Deposit page, but these are estimates and not guarantees. 2jet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

• Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts held in your own name
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be made
• 2jet reserves the right to run standard security checks before approving any withdrawal

6 Bonuses and Promotions

2jet offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, expiry dates and any other conditions — which will be clearly stated when the offer is presented.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered as per the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings become withdrawable
• Where a bonus has an expiry date, any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account when the bonus expires
• 2jet reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings
• Wagering requirements must be met using real money or bonus funds on eligible games only; some games may contribute less than 100% or not at all towards wagering requirements

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game outcomes at 2jet are final once confirmed. Sports betting markets — including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports — are offered at odds that are set at the time the market is opened. Odds may change before a bet is placed but will be locked at the displayed rate when the bet is confirmed.

The following general betting rules apply across all sections of 2jet:

• Bets placed cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed by the system
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all markets and games — these are shown at the point of placing a bet
• 2jet reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical faults or where a market has been suspended incorrectly
• In the event of a disputed result, 2jet's decision is final after review of available evidence
• Live in-play betting is subject to connection quality and market availability — bets placed during periods of technical disruption may be voided at 2jet's discretion
• Casino and slot game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG); historical outcomes have no influence on future results
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific table as stated by the live dealer at the start of each round

8 Responsible Gaming

2jet is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is entertainment — it should never be used as a source of income or to recover financial losses. We encourage all players to approach gaming with a clear budget and time limits set in advance.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 2jet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be referred to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Creating multiple accounts — each person is permitted only one account; duplicate accounts will be closed
• Providing false information — submitting inaccurate registration details, identity documents or payment information
• Bonus abuse — exploiting bonus offers through multiple accounts, coordinated play or any method not intended by the promotion rules
• Collusion — cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets designed solely to exploit pricing inconsistencies across markets
• Use of automated tools — using bots, scripts or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform
• Money laundering — using 2jet to process funds from illegal sources; all suspicious activity is reported
• Account sharing — allowing any other person to access or use your account, or using another person's account
• Chargebacks — initiating unauthorised payment chargebacks while retaining gaming winnings

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 2jet platform — including but not limited to the site design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software and any other materials — is the property of 2jet or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any platform content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any software used on the platform
• Use 2jet branding, logos or content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission
• Scrape, harvest or collect data from the platform by automated or manual means

Any unauthorised use of 2jet's intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

2jet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous, reliable access to the platform, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions, downtime or connectivity issues.

To the fullest extent permitted, 2jet's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's 2jet account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim. 2jet is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses of any kind
• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated winnings
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these terms
• Losses caused by third-party payment processors, banks or telecommunications providers
• Losses resulting from a player's own account security failures

12 Account Suspension and Closure

2jet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to pass identity or age verification
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or collusion
• Suspected money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources
• Account inactivity for an extended period (as defined in the current platform policy)
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance — including deposits, winnings and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request or due to inactivity, legitimate balances will be returned after completion of standard verification procedures.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account or request a self-exclusion period for responsible gaming purposes should contact 2jet support. Self-exclusion requests are taken seriously and processed promptly.

13 Changes to These Terms

2jet may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players.

Your continued use of the 2jet platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with a change, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.
